Lesya Ryabtseva: “Before you throw a stone at Diana Shurygina, you need to think about yourself. Who is Lesya Ryabtseva and why is everyone discussing her Lesya Ryabtseva articles

The attitude towards the journalist both in society and among colleagues is very ambiguous - some consider the young talent to be a professional journalist, while others, on the contrary, call Ryabtseva an upstart and boorish woman who won the public's interest only thanks to personal connections and the ability to adapt to any situation.

Ryabtseva Olesya Alexandrovna was born on July 28, 1991 in Volgograd in a family of businessmen. From childhood, she lived in comfort and love - parents could afford to provide everything a child needed, from books and toys to travel and fashionable clothes.

At the age of five, the Ryabtsev family moved to Moscow. There, Lesya went to the first grade of a private school, but due to hooligan behavior and tense relations with teachers, she was transferred to a public educational institution. According to the journalist herself, in her youth she was very different from her peers, because she was not “interested in lollipops and short skirts, but was fond of reading books and was a successful student.

Ryabtseva graduated from high school with an almost round excellent student - in her certificate there were only two fours in algebra and geometry. At the end of school, the girl wanted to enter MEPhI, as she was especially fascinated by mathematical logarithms and hyperbolas, but after that she changed her mind and decided to get a good philological general humanitarian education. Thus, she became a student of the journalism department of the Russian State University for the Humanities. True, Lesya never managed to get a diploma as a journalist - her thesis became a “boring” thing for her, which Ryabtseva still cannot complete.

"Echo of Moscow"

The journalistic career of Lesya Ryabtseva began in her student years on the website of the Big City publication dedicated to the life of Moscow. At the end of her second year at the university, the future journalist got an internship with Alexei Venediktov, editor-in-chief of Ekho Moskvy. It was he who became the person who saw the necessary “vein” of a professional journalist in the trainee, so he immediately made the girl his assistant and put her on the pedestal of liberal journalism, providing her with resources and a platform for running her own blog.

Lesya Ryabtseva's blog "Edge of the Ear", in the vastness of which she shares with readers her impressions of working meetings with the country's political elite and all kinds of parties that she attends with Venediktov, is rather scandalous. All the heroes of this column vied with each other to complain to the editor-in-chief of Ekho Moskvy about the unacceptable statements of the young journalist.

Lesya's sharp tongue, her straightforwardness and harsh attitude towards colleagues have become the main "trick" of the journalist. Because of her blogging style, in 2015, its founder and first editor-in-chief of Ekho Moskvy, Sergei Korzun, resigned from the publication, who took Ryabtseva’s insult personally. Also, the radio station lost the well-known host of the program “Sensitively” Mitya Aleshkovsky, whom Lesya simply did not let on the air. This drew attention to the scandalous young journalist, whom Venediktov defended to the last, but she did not appreciate such patronage and decided to leave Ekho Moskvy, as she had already outgrown this publication.

Best of the day

"Queen of Scandals"

On December 5, 2015, Lesya Ryabtseva announced that she was leaving Ekho Moskvy, but leaving behind several projects that she would conduct on her own, without the “Venediktov team”. She stated that she wanted to develop her own media and invited former colleagues to cooperate.

The scandalous departure of the journalist from the radio station ended with the fact that she took part in the project "New Russian Sensations" of the NTV channel, in which she spoke about her role on "Echo of Moscow", announced the reason for her departure, and also expressed her opinion about the Russian opposition and colleagues "in shop" in her usual manner.

Lesya Ryabtseva - "The Queen of Scandals". That's what it was called in the program. The girl expressed her opinion about Alexei Navalny, Mikhail Khodorkovsky, Ksenia Sobchak and even about the country's president Vladimir Putin. Moreover, she spoke about oppositionists and former colleagues in a straightforward offensive form, and called the current leadership of Russia "true workaholics", whom she respects and supports.

On December 14, the editor-in-chief of Ekho Moskvy made a public apology to his employees for his sharp remarks about them to his protégé. As it turned out, he knew about the preparation and filming of this program, and even contributed to the participation of the scandalous journalist in this project.

Rumors and scandals

From the moment Ryabtseva joined Ekho Moskvy and her rapid career growth, the broad masses of the public began to loudly express speculation of such “luck”. The office romance of Lesya Ryabtseva and Alexei Venediktov was not discussed only by the lazy. But both the editor-in-chief of the radio station and the journalist herself, with her inherent frankness, have repeatedly stated that they are connected exclusively by working relations.

Also, the journalist thundered on the air of the "Special Opinion" program. Then she said that the population of Russia is 8 million people, which caused a storm of ridicule from users of social networks and "venerable" bloggers. Everyone was surprised how the “humanist” could make such an impressive mistake. Ryabtseva left this scandalous story with her head held high, without admitting her mistake.

In October 2015, the former assistant to the editor-in-chief of Ekho Moskvy again blew up the country's media space. Lesya Ryabtseva's "naked" photoshoot shocked with her frankness and caused an uproar in the blogosphere. The photo of Ryabtseva was taken and posted on the Web by the famous metropolitan photographer Anton Martynov, which did not embarrass the journalist at all. Many regarded this behavior as "self-promotion", and the girl's well-wishers decided that in this way she decided to show the public that behind the tough blonde in glasses and "Snowden in a skirt", as they began to call her after the sensational exposure of the opposition, there was an elegant girl with a beautiful figure .

Personal life

The personal life of Lesya Ryabtseva from the moment she joined Ekho Moskvy has always been the subject of public discussion. But at the same time, the girl managed to hide her personal space from prying eyes and never "light up" in public places with her boyfriend.

According to the journalist, she is extremely happy in her personal life with her boyfriend, who accepts her the way she is. Ryabtseva does not disclose the name of the groom, but there is a version that her lover is a public figure and writer Eduard Bagirov.

Olesya Alexandrovna "Lesya" Ryabtseva(born July 28, 1991, Volgograd) - Russian journalist, former assistant editor-in-chief of Ekho Moskvy, former deputy editor-in-chief of the Ekho Moskvy website. At the end of 2015, she entered the TOP rating of the most quoted journalists in Russia.

Biography

After her second year in 2011, she came as an intern at the Ekho Moskvy radio station, where after two weeks of internship she was offered to be a guest producer. She later worked as a program producer, also doing special projects. On November 4, 2013, she became assistant editor-in-chief Alexei Venediktov, also worked as deputy editor-in-chief of the Diletant magazine. In conversations, she emphasized that she was in a special position with Alexei Venediktov. At the end of 2013, she resigned from Ekho Moskvy, but four months later, in April 2014, she was restored to her previous positions. From June to December 2015, she led personal individual projects.

At the end of November 2014, Ryabtseva announced her intention to develop "rules of conduct for journalists in social networks" for employees of her radio station. In this regard, she mentioned some "international experience" in which BBC journalists are prohibited from being a subscriber, friend or "follower" of a politician or activist, and the Associated Press (AP) has a rule: "Friendship or following a political candidate's account can create a perception among people unfamiliar with the protocol of social networks, that this is how you show your sympathy. In fact, the BBC's instructions for behavior in social networks do not contain any prohibitions on communication in social networks for its employees, which was also confirmed by the employees of this media, and in the AP, the memo advises doing the exact opposite of the statement of the Ekho Moskvy employee. The code itself was eventually adopted in 2015.

On December 5, 2015, Ryabtseva announced her departure from Echo, naming the team as the main reason, which she had both praised and criticized in her interviews before. In an interview with the Sobesednik newspaper, she announced plans to open her own media, which she spoke about back in the spring of 2015, and an advertising agency, within which she would promote the brands of large companies. Alexander Nevzorov commented live on the scandalous departure of Ryabtseva from Ekho Moskvy: “I am worried about Lesya Ryabtseva, and I am alarmed. Because when a person goes on a bank robbery, kills the guards, breaks down the doors, ends up in a bank vault and steals a sucked lollipop and the watchman's slippers from there, guys, this is some kind of disorder.

On April 14, 2016, the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio station launched a cultural-themed program called Auror, with Lesya Ryabtseva as the host. The guests of Auror were: Yuri Grymov, Sergei Shargunov, Dmitry Enteo, Nikas Safronov, Yuri Loza, Andrei Makarevich, Dmitry Gudkov, Anton Krasovsky, Maxim Kononenko and others.

On August 16, she became the head of the campaign headquarters of the candidate for deputy to the State Duma from the Party of Growth and the editor-in-chief of the magazine Esquire Ksenia Sokolova. The appointment was made by Sokolova herself.

In 2017, she participated in the TV show "The Bachelor" on TNT. She lost in the final to Madina Tamova and Ekaterina Nikulina.

Criticism

In May 2015, one of the founders, the first editor-in-chief of the radio station, Sergei Korzun, announced that he was no longer working for Ekho Moskvy, explaining this step by Ryabtseva’s offensive publications, unwillingness to combine his publications with them on the same resource and “the captain’s new course to maintain the rating to the detriment of basic values.” In his opinion on the LiveJournal page, “Echo of Moscow today is betraying its basic target audience ... Unfiltered Echo has become a danger to mental health.” Korzun stated that the station's website now contains "unprofessional, arrogant, vicious and simply offensive statements" that are irrelevant to the original task of presenting all relevant points of view. After that, the writer Boris Akunin, economist Konstantin Sonin and a number of bloggers announced the termination of cooperation with Ekho Moskvy.

In 2015, she claimed live that 8 million people live in Russia. This passage was met with harsh criticism from Yuri Polyakov.

In December 2018, Alexei Venediktov called TV presenter Dmitry Kiselev “stinky scum” on social networks. Kiselyov, in response, called Venediktov's attack a consequence of the fact that he had not previously had a relationship with Lesya Ryabtseva and that after that "he had some instability in life." Kiselyov called Venediktov's post a reflection of this instability.

Personal life

In 2015, Ryabtseva met with writer and public figure Eduard Bagirov.

Until recently, people far from media life, having heard about Lesya's scandalous broadcasts, looked at her as if through a microscope, and wondered who Alexei Venediktov warmed on his chest. After Ryabtseva's scandalous columns on the Echo website, journalist Sergei Korzun, who was the editor-in-chief in the early years of the radio station's existence, resigned. And the writer Boris Akunin said that he forbids Ekho Moskvy from publishing his posts on the site because of Lesya Ryabtseva's column. Several others followed suit. Then there was the broadcast of Ryabtseva with Shenderovich, where the presenter stated that 8 million people live in Russia.

How much? - Shenderovich asked, not believing his ears.

8 million though I could be wrong. I am a humanist and I have a problem with numbers.

Then there was the scandalous departure of Ryabtseva from the radio station. But before finally slamming the door, she acted as the heroine of the film, which was shown on NTV.

“... Ryabtsev’s lack of education more than compensates for his militant vindictiveness:“ If a person allows himself to be attacked in my direction, I have the right to answer. The "attack", according to the program, was allowed by many, but Lesya also has no one forgotten, nothing is forgotten. She speaks of her former colleagues with a feeling of the deepest disgust. A master class from Lesya evokes a similar reaction, ”wrote then, in 2015, Novaya Gazeta columnist Slava Taroshchina about the film“ Queen of Scandal ”.

And now three years have passed. The story associated with Ryabtseva was practically forgotten. Those who left once, offended by her behavior, returned safely to the Echo. It is difficult to trace the fate of the infamous journalist today, since she practically does not create informational reasons. True, in the last month, several of her posts have appeared on Echo.

I meet her, accompanied by my students, on the first floor of the Faculty of Publishing and Journalism of the Moscow Poly, in the recent past of the Moscow University of Printing Arts named after Ivan Fedorov. The initiative to invite her came from the guys. In correspondence with student Olga, Lesya doubted that the "teachers" would allow her to speak at the university. The students were waiting for my decision, it did not come immediately. And Lesya herself postponed our meeting several times.

She is in a long coat, very young. At first glance, she looks the same age as my students. Everyone who traditionally goes to such events, or heard something about the scandals at Echo, or dreams of working there, gathered to meet her. There are no random people here, as the meeting is scheduled outside the schedule.

Lesya starts almost from the threshold.

I'll tell you what I'm doing now. I don't work in media, but I work with media. I have my own agency and I help people and companies connect with people through new media or through social networks. I tell them what you can say, what you can’t, how to produce yourself, how to make yourself a speaker. Basically it's called PR, but what I do is different from what PR people do because I understand how journalism works. Because unlike many journalists who have achieved nothing in the profession, I have achieved a lot.

When I came to the radio station as a trainee, I immediately realized that I was a complete zero. At that time, a socio-political journalist did not exist for me at all. For a long time I didn’t have a workplace on the Echo, I sat on a stool with my laptop, which constantly heated my knees and was discharged. But I tried every minute to show my strengths. Yes, I am a complete zero, I am a fig journalist, I have only two journalism courses under my belt, but I am super-disciplined in terms of completing tasks. If it was necessary to do something, I took it and did it for free: I want, I will, I can. I trained in the production department. My duties included calling and reminding guests that they had air. It took me six months to understand how the editorial office works, to understand myself and overcome the fear of talking to an unknown person. I was afraid to call people, for example, Evgenia Albats. I told myself that I definitely wouldn’t call her, so as not to be nervous. I knew that she would definitely yell at me for calling her at the wrong time.

These six months were spent to “pump” myself just as a person, and not as a journalist. Although I think that one follows from the other. A journalist is a human communicator, connecting, creating, transmitting. And if you, as a person, do not have communication skills, then you will not be a journalist either. Need to learn. And after six months, something began to work out for me. And after a year and a half, I got bored. I then came to Venediktov with a request to give me something else in order to learn something else and find myself. And then this story happened with Lesya Ryabtseva.

- Story ? - one of the students asks. At first, there is a feeling that Lesya is asking this question to herself.

At that time, I was rushing about, I didn’t know what I wanted to do: stay in public or go into management. My condition coincided with what was happening on the "Echo", it was under threat of closure. Then Venediktov set me the task of constantly creating informational occasions so that scandalous news from Echo would be brought to Putin's table, so that he would have it at his hearing. The second task is to make the radio station more popular.

various scandals had to constantly flare up around me in order to maximize the audience of "Echo"

Before that, only fellow journalists, my peers, and an Internet party knew me. In order to get people to pay attention to me, Venediktov and I came up with my new image together. We drew it based on the heroes of pop culture, based on the scandalous series. I had to be constantly in the role of an upstart, various scandals had to constantly flare up around me in order to maximize the audience of Echo. To be honest, I didn't want to do it. I didn't want to become a public person. I had terrible doubts about this for six months. After several scandals, my image began to emerge, interest arose in me. This could be used. And I took advantage.

- Scandal for the sake of scandal? - I heard a question from the audience.

Of course not. I then had great opportunities and resources to do what fully met my needs. Not every person has such an opportunity to do what he wants. I had this opportunity because I became close to Venediktov. If I did broadcast, then only those that I wanted, which I was interested in hosting. I launched my own programs that met my personal interests. If I dealt with films, then I edited what I wanted.

My relationship with him as editor-in-chief is unique. We are still in touch. I invite him to some of my events and projects. And then he gave me complete freedom. Today I understand that there should not be such a relationship with the editor-in-chief. We were always in close contact with him. Thanks to Venik, I talked with Lavrov, saw Putin, talked with Khodorkovsky. During one visit nose to nose, I ran into Obama in the hallway. I still kick myself for not even taking a picture. It's just that no one was expecting him at that moment.

- You wrote and talked about the fact that you had constant skirmishes with colleagues, guests of the radio station. Why?

I was still nobody when Sobchak said something about the girl Lesya Ryabtseva. For me it was strange: where is Sobchak and where am I? I was not in Moscow, I was visiting my grandmother when Korzun left Echo. I didn't do anything to this man. I saw him three times in total on Echo. I don't know and still don't understand. Inside the radio station, they stopped communicating with me. They didn't even greet me. Journalists from other media started petitions to get me fired. Famous speakers refused to cooperate with the radio station while I was on it. But in everything and always I was supported by Venediktov. And I was ready to endure spitting in the back, because I was sure that I was doing an important thing.

On Echo, I launched the only charity program about social programs in Russia at that time and made it popular. I communicated with ministries, lobbied for laws, initiated meetings of a working group to change the opinion of an official about journalism. Venediktov put me on the production of his personal program about foreign rulers.

In search of information, I used not only the Internet, but also social networks. I created a group, corresponded with activists. Then, on its basis, we created our own network of foreign correspondents. We had a journalist in every country we could call and ask a question. This group included journalists from major news agencies, local residents, activists, and bloggers. I wrote a code of conduct for a journalist on social networks, brought young and capable journalists to the radio station. Where I just didn’t visit then: the UN, NATO, with Khodorkovsky, when he was released, I did a three-hour interview.

Venediktov understood that at the point that I would find, there would be, among other things, the future of Echo, because he was assembling a team for the future. He is not eternal, he needs a replacement.

I was the only person who could object to him. At that time I was 20 years old

A broom on Echo is everything: a logistician and a manager, a content journalist and an editor. We talked a lot about the future of the radio station. Colleagues were jealous because he gave me a lot of time and attention. We had not only professional relations, we were friends and talked a lot. When I came to work for him as an assistant, he was in some kind of vacuum. He was flattered, he was lied to, because they were afraid of losing their job. He could not speak with anyone on an equal footing, on purity. I was the only person who could object to him. At that time I was 20 years old.

- Thanks to what abilities did you get carte blanche? the students asked.

I am cool. And my virtues are that I do not keep my mouth shut. I say everything in the forehead. I am very straightforward - this is the first. And secondly, I'm sincere. I am also very emotional and charismatic. And that's how I made myself classy.

Leslie speaks quickly and forcefully. She needs to speak up. Only once does she stumble slightly when someone in the audience begins to noisily comment on her words. She instantly reacts: “Well, you are there…”.

- Were you ashamed of something? - I ask a question.

I'm ashamed of my comment on Posner's answer. I asked him: "What is your biggest fear?" He said, "I'm afraid of going blind." To which I answered him: "Well, nothing, you will leave the TV set for the radio." That's what I was ashamed of. I apologized to him three times. Listen, everyone is ashamed of their own. It seems to me that goal-setting is important here - why are you doing this. I went for some terrible, shameful things, but if I understood that I needed to do it, I did it. It’s a shame to kick someone who is weaker than you, it’s a shame that you can’t help a child, a grandmother, it’s a shame as a journalist to hide information about some kind of misfortune. And to argue and express your opinion should not be ashamed and provoke should not be ashamed. I was a provocateur, and I should not have been ashamed.

- Today you do not regret that you went to NTV? - the question sounds from the back rows.

No. Do you know why I made this show? Do not you know? What would you do in my place? It's always easy to judge others without getting to the bottom of it. When I told Venediktov that I was leaving, I immediately asked him not to make a show out of my departure. I promised to close all cases in two weeks in order to leave with my team calmly, without scandals. But the show happened. Behind my back, they started blackmailing the guys, threatening them, either you stay and get broadcasts, or leave with Lesya, but then the path to journalism is closed to you. What should a person who is 20 years old and who dreams of being in journalism do? Many stayed, but I don't think the guys betrayed me. I can't be offended by them. I can only be offended by Venediktov, I believed him unconditionally then, and supported him in everything.

That's when NTV came into being. I wanted to stand up for myself and protect myself. We had a ban on commenting on the work of colleagues on Echo. Unfortunately, for many of them, this rule did not work for me. Therefore, when I left Echo, my hands were untied. I then said to myself: “I am no longer on Echo, and I am no longer with Venik.” Because it's a shame, because it's painful and unpleasant. No, I don't regret it.

The students and I had a great desire to ask Lesya other uncomfortable questions. But we did not dare to do this, given its special position. Saying goodbye, we talked with her about the years of her studies at the Faculty of Journalism at the Russian State University for the Humanities. Lesya admitted that she studied there only two courses, after which she “scored” her studies, leaving for Echo.

After the meeting, we did not part with the students for a long time, we moved from the audience to the cafe. There were more questions to each other than answers. I looked at the guys and realized that Lesya's confession about her dizzying career, which ended in a scandalous film on NTV, confused them. Many of them learned about this side of the profession for the first time.

Listening to their reflections, I remembered a small provincial Ural newspaper - my first job in the media, which later determined my difficult path to journalism. But there are no easy ways for anyone in this profession. The main thing, probably, is that young people do not give up at the beginning of the journey, and emotional burnout does not occur. As for the rest, how will it turn out for anyone.

Biography Born in 1991 in Volgograd. According to her, she has been living in Moscow since the age of 5. Now Lesya is only 24 years old.

Ryabtseva studied at Faculty of Journalism, Russian State University for the Humanities(on her Facebook page, she indicated that she graduated from the university in 2013).

Once I tried my hand at the publication's website "Big city", then, three years ago, got an internship at "Echo". By her own admission, she "tore the internship out with her teeth." Then she became a producer at a radio station and worked in this position for two years.

And then, in her words:

"Venediktov headed the public headquarters for monitoring the election of the mayor of Moscow. I came and said that I want some kind of job. Venediktov said: "Here is the headquarters, do it." I became Venediktov's assistant at this headquarters. The bottom line is that he doesn’t think about anything superfluous, I took the whole blow on organizing work with the media within the headquarters, took over the work with candidates and organizing Venediktov’s schedule inside the headquarters. After this story, Venediktov offered me to become the second assistant. The first was Katya Kobzeva. She stayed on "Echo", but at that time she was leaving for an internship in the USA for a month. Accordingly, someone had to cover her for this time. We thought this was a great opportunity for me to take a month-long trial period, after which, to be honest, my brain exploded a little, and I went into a creative block, because I didn’t really understand if this was what I wanted to do. Katya returned, I worked for some time and left Ekho Moskvy for a while in search of myself. In April of this year, I returned to the same position and am going to be an assistant editor-in-chief for a very long time and work for Ekho Moskvy".

Lesya Ryabtseva is a well-known Russian journalist originally from Volgograd. Today she is 27 years old and not married. According to the zodiac sign Leo. Among colleagues and show business stars, Lesya is known as the "queen of scandals." People's opinions about this girl as a person differ: some say that she is kind, while others call her a real boorish woman.

Biography of Lesya Ryabtseva

Our heroine was born in the summer of 1991 in the city of Volgograd (Russia). Her parents ran their own business, so the girl from childhood got used to living in a big way. She was dad's favorite, and he often spoiled his daughter with expensive gifts, exquisite sweets. Lesya Ryabtseva also loved to show off expensive books and toys to her peers.

When the girl was 5 years old, her family moved to Moscow. It was in this city that little Lesya went to first grade. Parents preferred a private educational institution. However, due to their daughter's too active and sometimes hooligan behavior, they were forced to transfer her to a public school.

The further fate of the girl

According to her parents, at school Lesya Ryabtseva was not the same as her classmates. She did not like lollipops, bright dresses and playing with dolls. She loved to read books and was the smartest girl in the class.

There were only two fours in the school certificate, otherwise the girl studied perfectly. The parents were proud of their child. Lesya's plans were to enter MEPhI, but given her ability in mathematics, she changed her mind and entered a general humanitarian university at the Faculty of Philology. However, the girl never received a diploma. The thesis work seemed to Lesya Ryabtseva too tedious and uninteresting, and she failed her surrender.

Journalism

The girl's career as a journalist began when she was a student. She was one of the employees of a large website about Moscow life, Big City. After the second year, Lesya Alexandrovna Ryabtseva went on an internship with Alexei Venediktov. Every student dreamed of falling into his professional hands, but only our heroine was lucky. After that, there were rumors that her wealthy father, who paid a bribe for his daughter, took part in this. Lesya herself refutes this and insists that she was just lucky.

It was Venediktov who saw a talented journalist in the girl. From the first days, he gave Lesia the position of his assistant and the opportunity to maintain his own page on the Internet.

Ryabtseva's blog was called "Edge of the Ear". Here she shares with her readers her impressions of meetings with famous people, including the first politicians of the country. Such acquaintances in the life of a girl appeared thanks to her patron Venediktov. With him, she went to all events, attended secular parties and parties.

Because of Lesia, Ekho Moskvy lost one of the best presenters, whom she simply did not let go on the air. This act attracted a lot of attention to the girl, but Alexei defended her to the last. After some time, Ryabtseva left Venediktov, as she considered that she already deserved more.

scandal queen

After leaving the Venediktov team, Lesya was nicknamed the "queen of scandals." She took the rights to several projects that Alexey helped her open and considered this a fair decision. Ryabtseva said that she plans to open her own business and recruit former colleagues.

After the scandalous departure from Ekho Moskvy, Lesya appeared on one of the Russian TV channels, where she spoke in an unfriendly manner about how she had to work with Alexei and other employees. She expressed many claims towards Venediktov, which amazed the audience. After all, many thought that she liked this work.

After that, Ryabtseva repeatedly appeared in various programs, where she spoke about Ksenia Sobchak, Alexei Navalny and Putin in not the best words. Her courage was envied by many.

The next scandal associated with our heroine occurred after the release of the next issue of the Special Opinion program, where Lesya said that the population of the Russian Federation is only 8 million people. A lot of unpleasant comments and ridicule from the people did not bother the journalist. She left the studio without even blushing or admitting her mistake.
