"Elba" (e- contour. ru) – the service, like “My Business,” allows you to submit reports for the simplified tax system and UTII to the Federal Tax Service and the necessary funds. OSNO is also missing in it. Intuitively, the service is a little more convenient than “My Business,” but this is only a subjective opinion. There are 3 tariff plans: “Economy”, “Business” and “Premium”. If you are an LLC or individual entrepreneur with officially registered employees, then only the Premium tariff plan is suitable for you, which allows you to submit reports to all authorities. The cost of the tariff is 2500 rubles. per quarter, if you pay 10,000 rubles. for a year in advance and 833 rubles. per month. The test period of the service is 30 calendar days, which is good news, because when you get used to it and “get into the swing of things,” approximately the same amount of time will pass.

The main functions of the Elba service are the same as those of My Business. I think we won’t list them, because... everything related to taxes, charges and reports is standard in such services.

"Sky" (skypro. ru) – another service for small businesses. There are 2 tariff plans: “Reporting only” and “Premium”. With the first tariff, you can simply generate and send reports to the Federal Tax Service, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the Social Insurance Fund and Rosstat, there is no subscription fee, and each report, depending on the region, costs from 100 to 170 rubles. The tariff is intended for beginners. The second tariff plan, for more experienced entrepreneurs, allows you to conduct accounting on your own, each report also costs from 100 to 170 rubles, and there is a subscription fee of 500 rubles. per month. In both cases, an electronic signature (ES) is additionally paid - 2000 rubles. for Moscow and Moscow Region. With such numbers, it is easy to get confused about the ultimate benefit for a businessman.

Let's calculate how much it will cost you to submit reports and do accounting if you have an LLC using the simplified tax system and a staff of up to 5 employees. At the end of the year, you must submit accounting and tax reports, and during quarter 2 reports - to the Pension Fund and the Social Insurance Fund for employees. Pros of using "Sky": low price for an established business (the price is almost the same as Elba), there is an OSNO, there is its own accounting service.

Disadvantages of using "Sky": short test period of 14 days; can provide only 2 consultations per month for free, and new ones already cost 500 rubles. and higher; The interface is not intuitive, but you can figure it out if you want.

Verdict: It’s worth using if you have OSNO, and if you are more savvy in accounting and don’t have any unnecessary questions.
